Eligibility:

  1. The Win a $3,000 Toybox Tales Shopping Spree promotion is open to customers who place an order online or in-store with Toybox Tales in July 2024.
  2. The promotion is valid for residents of Australia only.

Promotion Period:

  1. The promotion begins on 1 July 2024 and ends on 31 July 2024 at 23:59pm AEST.
  2. Toybox Group PTY LTD trading as Toybox Tales reserves the right to extend or shorten the promotion period at its discretion.

Prizes:

  1. Main Prize: One $1,000 Toybox Tales shopping spree voucher, drawn on 1 August 2024.
  2. Weekly Prizes: Four $500 Toybox Tales shopping spree vouchers, drawn every Sunday in July (7, 14, 21, 28 July 2024).
  3. Each prize is limited to one per customer per draw.
  4. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash

Entry:

  1. To enter, customers must place an order online or in-store with Toybox Tales during the promotion period.
  2. Each order placed constitutes one entry into the promotion.
  3. The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions unless explicitly stated.

Draw and Winner Notification:

  1. Weekly prize draws will be conducted on 7, 14, 21, and 28 July 2024.
  2. The main prize draw will be conducted on 1 August 2024.
  3. Winners will be notified via email or phone within 48 hours of the draw.
  4. In the event a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, a redraw will be conducted.

Return Policy:

  1. If a qualifying purchase is returned after winning a prize, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
  2. Refunds will not be processed for orders that resulted in a prize win.

General Conditions:

  1. Toybox Group PTY LTD trading as Toybox Tales reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  2. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
  3. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. Toybox Group PTY LTD trading as Toybox Tales is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the prizes or the use of the prizes.
  2. By accepting a prize, winners agree to release Toybox Group PTY LTD trading as Toybox Tales from any claims or liabilities related to the prize.

  1. By participating in the promotion, customers acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Toybox Group PTY LTD trading as Toybox Tales is located.
