1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unused and unworn
• With all original tags and packaging intact

It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure items are securely packaged for safe return.

2. Return Shipping & Fees

• Return postage is at the sender’s expense (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
• Some returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 10%, especially for bulk or special orders.

3. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email hello@toyboxtales.com.au or call (03) 9521 6998 before sending any items back.
Returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We care deeply about product quality and your experience.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is:

• Faulty or defective
• Damaged in transit
• Not what you ordered

Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. Where applicable, we may request photos to assist with assessment.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

• If approved, refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
• Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

6. Exchanges
Need a different item or size?
Simply return the original item as per the above steps, and once accepted, place a new order to avoid delays or stock shortages.

7. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, safety, and customisation reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)
• Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
• Custom or personalised orders
• Gift cards
• Items marked as sale or clearance

8. Data & Privacy Assurance
Any personal information you provide during the return process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and used solely for processing your return or exchange.

WHAT IS IT:

Our patented water-based nail polish remover wipes are safe and gently removes nail colour, while hydrating nails and cuticles. Our nail polish remover wipes comes in a pack of 40 wipes and removes your Oh Flossy Nail Polish with ease.  

Our vegan formula is acetone & fragrance free and contains Vitamin E, Castor Oil & Aloe Vera for hydration, its non-flammable & is made in Australia!

 HOW TO USE:

Simply hold moist wipe against nail for 30-60 seconds, then wipe clean from base to tip. Store in a cool dry place.

 GOOD TO KNOW:

PLEASE NOTE:  Always patch test prior to use - all our products checked and approved by cosmetic chemists and paediatricians, however irritations can occur.

Ages 4+ Always use adult supervision.

Ingredients – Water, Propylene Carbonate, Propylene Glycol, Dimethyl Glutarate, Polysorbate-20, Ethanol, Dimethyl Succinate, Dimethyl Adipate, Phenoxyethanol, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Castor (Ricinis communis) Seed Oil, Glycerin, Tocopherol Acetate (Vitamin E), Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Gel

PRODUCT INFORMATION

• With all products we recommend patch testing prior to use. We use the best ingredients but we know allergies can happen anywhere. Should you or your little one have an allergic reaction please cease use immediately, wash off with water and seek urgent medical attention by a qualified professional.
• Our magnetically closing boxes have multiple magnets in them. Please do not leave children alone with any Oh Flossy products including the boxes. Should you suspect ingestion of a small part please see your closest hospital emergency department as urgently as possible.
• Our recommended age of use is 4+ due to small parts. 
• We recommend a 12 month shelf life on all products. If you notice any signs of separation, mould or are concerned at all, please cease use immediately and throw the product away.
• Cleaning: All our Natural Makeup and Natural Face Paint products are designed not to stain and wash off with water alone. Should your product come into contact with carpet/rugs or furniture, use a vacuum (for carpet) or baby wipe (for walls & tiles) to remove.
