1. Where We Ship
We proudly deliver to every corner of Australia – from capital cities to rural townships and remote communities.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
2. Shipping Rates
We aim to keep shipping simple and fair:
- Standard Shipping (orders under $200): $11.95
- Standard Shipping (orders $200+): FREE
- Express Shipping (small to medium packages): $19.95
- Express Shipping (large or bulky items): $39.95
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order value and item type.
3. Delivery Partners
We use a trusted mix of Australia Post and reliable courier services to get your order to you safely and efficiently.
Tracking details will be provided as soon as your order has been dispatched.
4. Bulky or Remote Deliveries
In rare cases, large or heavy orders going to remote locations may become uneconomical to ship at standard rates.
If this happens:
- We’ll contact you promptly with a revised shipping quote.
- Any additional postage costs will be charged at actual cost only, with your prior approval.
- No additional fees will ever be charged without your consent.
5. Shipping Timeframes
We dispatch orders as quickly as possible and aim to get your toys on their way within 1–2 business days.
However, please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.
Toybox Tales is not liable for delivery delays once your order is with Australia Post or our courier partners, but we’re always here to help if something goes wrong.

1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and unworn
- With all original tags and packaging intact
It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure items are securely packaged for safe return.
2. Return Shipping & Fees
- Return postage is at the sender’s expense (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
- Some returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 10%, especially for bulk or special orders.
3. How to Start a Return

Returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We care deeply about product quality and your experience.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is:
- Faulty or defective
- Damaged in transit
- Not what you ordered
Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. Where applicable, we may request photos to assist with assessment.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
- If approved, refunds will be processed via your original payment method.

Simply return the original item as per the above steps, and once accepted, place a new order to avoid delays or stock shortages.

Each set includes three delicious flavours - Strawberry, Cotton Candy, and Grape- and are proudly handmade in Australia using the best natural, vegan-friendly, biodegradable & non-toxic ingredients. The ingredients were chosen for their low-allergen status, while also using natural waxes for barrier protection, creating a lip gloss with kids safety & comfort in mind.
The lip gloss is comfortable to wear. It has a soft, glossy finish with a light touch of water-dispersible colour for safe, imaginative play without the risk of colour staining. They are perfect for children who usually struggle with sticky slippery textures.
We only use natural fruit & vegetable-based colours and naturally sweet flavours with a light sprinkle of natural plant-derived goodness that adds an extra sensory dimension to boost imaginative play.
And how cute is the packaging? It looks like a fun ice cream shop, making this set a great choice for any beauty enthusiast…plus it can be re-used and played with in any way your imagination takes you! PRODUCT INFORMATION
- With all products we recommend patch testing prior to use. We use the best ingredients but we know allergies can happen anywhere. Should you or your little one have an allergic reaction please cease use immediately, wash off with water and seek urgent medical attention by a qualified professional.
- Our magnetically closing boxes have multiple magnets in them. Please do not leave children alone with any Oh Flossy products including the boxes. Should you suspect ingestion of a small part please see your closest hospital emergency department as urgently as possible.
- Our recommended age of use is 4+ due to small parts.
- We recommend a 12 month shelf life on all products. If you notice any signs of separation, mould or are concerned at all, please cease use immediately and throw the product away.
- Cleaning: All our Natural Makeup and Natural Face Paint products are designed not to stain and wash off with water alone. Should your product come into contact with carpet/rugs or furniture, use a vacuum (for carpet) or baby wipe (for walls & tiles) to remove.
