In rare cases, large or heavy orders going to remote locations may become uneconomical to ship at standard rates.

If this happens:

• We’ll contact you promptly with a revised shipping quote.
• Any additional postage costs will be charged at actual cost only, with your prior approval.
• No additional fees will ever be charged without your consent.

We dispatch orders as quickly as possible and aim to get your toys on their way within 1–2 business days.
However, please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.

Toybox Tales is not liable for delivery delays once your order is with Australia Post or our courier partners, but we’re always here to help if something goes wrong.

Kids can pop a cup in the ice dispenser to collect ice, use the microwave to heat up leftovers by pressing the pictures to select the timings, and make a cup of coffee in the espresso maker.
