Hassle-free returns with a little care and clarity

1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unused and unworn
• With all original tags and packaging intact

It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure items are securely packaged for safe return.

2. Return Shipping & Fees

• Return postage is at the sender’s expense (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
• Some returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 10%, especially for bulk or special orders.

3. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email hello@toyboxtales.com.au or call (03) 9521 6998 before sending any items back.
Returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We care deeply about product quality and your experience.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is:

• Faulty or defective
• Damaged in transit
• Not what you ordered

Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. Where applicable, we may request photos to assist with assessment.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

• If approved, refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
• Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

6. Exchanges
Need a different item or size?
Simply return the original item as per the above steps, and once accepted, place a new order to avoid delays or stock shortages.

7. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, safety, and customisation reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)
• Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
• Custom or personalised orders
• Gift cards
• Items marked as sale or clearance

8. Data & Privacy Assurance
Any personal information you provide during the return process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and used solely for processing your return or exchange.

The CORE Street Helmetis one of the best looking and fitting helmets on the market with a focus on comfort and style. Above all else all CORE® helmets are moulded on a classic low profile skate helmet design with boxed ear cut-outs with a lip on the rear.

Firstly this helmet is suitable for riders of all abilities from complete beginners to the worlds best pro riders, perfect for hitting up your local skatepark or riding your bike.

Secondly the CORE Street Helmet have been designed with comfort as a priority. But we haven't forgotten about safety. We have replaced the traditional foam helmet padding with our NEWCORE Luxe Pads.The Lux Pads are enclosed in our custom super soft material to give you the best fitting helmet possible whilst absorbing sweat from riding in the process. As a result the Street helmet is insanely comfortable.

Furthermore all CORE Street Helmet come with two different sized Lux Pads that fit in securely with velcro inside the helmet to make sure you get that perfect fitting helmet. Therefore we have created one of the best fitting helmets available.
