1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unused and unworn
• With all original tags and packaging intact

It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure items are securely packaged for safe return.

2. Return Shipping & Fees

• Return postage is at the sender’s expense (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
• Some returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 10%, especially for bulk or special orders.

3. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email hello@toyboxtales.com.au or call (03) 9521 6998 before sending any items back.
Returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We care deeply about product quality and your experience.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is:

• Faulty or defective
• Damaged in transit
• Not what you ordered

Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. Where applicable, we may request photos to assist with assessment.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

• If approved, refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
• Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

6. Exchanges
Need a different item or size?
Simply return the original item as per the above steps, and once accepted, place a new order to avoid delays or stock shortages.

7. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, safety, and customisation reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)
• Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
• Custom or personalised orders
• Gift cards
• Items marked as sale or clearance

Measuring in at 5.25” wide by 20.5” long, the SL3 hits the sweet spot for modern park riding. Slightly wider and longer, it offers better stability and control for landings. The SL3 has been rigorously tested by our whole Global PRO Team have put this deck through its paces, and it’s ready for anything you can throw at it.

Upgraded Forged Head tube :The SL3 features our newly redesigned forged neck tube — stronger, sleeker, and lighter than ever. We’ve refined the shape of our original deck to remove all excess material while maximising durability. Precision cutouts help shed weight from every angle while maintaining pure Strength.

Dual Nylon Brake :The CORE Dual Nylon Brake on the SL3 is built for reliability and performance. Now equipped with robust 6mm bolts, it’s tougher and easier to maintain than ever before. No more stripped bolts or rattling brakes — just smooth, consistent stopping power you can count on session after session.

New Integrated Spacer System:The SL3 Stunt Scooter Deck comes with an integrated rear spacer system, making wheel installation and alignment faster and easier than ever. No more fumbling with tiny loose spacers — everything stays perfectly in place.
