Hassle-free returns with a little care and clarity

1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unused and unworn
• With all original tags and packaging intact

It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure items are securely packaged for safe return.

2. Return Shipping & Fees

• Return postage is at the sender’s expense (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
• Some returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 10%, especially for bulk or special orders.

3. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email hello@toyboxtales.com.au or call (03) 9521 6998 before sending any items back.
Returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We care deeply about product quality and your experience.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is:

• Faulty or defective
• Damaged in transit
• Not what you ordered

Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. Where applicable, we may request photos to assist with assessment.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

• If approved, refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
• Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

6. Exchanges
Need a different item or size?
Simply return the original item as per the above steps, and once accepted, place a new order to avoid delays or stock shortages.

7. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, safety, and customisation reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)
• Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
• Custom or personalised orders
• Gift cards
• Items marked as sale or clearance

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before purchasing or returning.

8. Data & Privacy Assurance
Any personal information you provide during the return process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and used solely for processing your return or exchange.

Slime Baff turns your bath into a gooey, oozy bath of slime! By just adding more water, the slime can be diluted into colourful water that can be easily drained away. Slime Baff has quickly proven itself to be one of our best-selling products and is also available in a range of exciting colours and effects.

1. Slime Making!

1. Run the taps with warm water
2. When the bath has reached a quarter full and with the taps still running sprinkle the powder slowly under the running water
3. After sprinkling the powder continue to fill the bath to just under half full and turn taps off

2. Bath Time!

1. Warning: Slime Baff will be SLIPPERY so take care entering the bath
2. The slime will get thicker and thicker the more you mix it into the water
3. Have fun in the bath with the slime

3. Slime Removal!

1. Stay in the bath and turn the taps back on to water down the slime for a couple of minutes
2. Pull the waste plug and turn of the taps. The slime will run down the waste pipe easily and is environmentally friendly
3. We recommend that when your Slime Baff bath is empty, stay sitting down and fill the bath again and have a normal bath using your favourite bubble bath to remove the slime residue
4. Whilst other methods of removing the residue from your body, such as using a shower head, can be used, it is advised that you take caution when manoeuvring inside the bath as it will be very slippery!

Dos and Don'ts

For maximum fun follow the laws of Slime Baff!

1. Not recommended for children under 5 years of age unless supervised by an adult. Don't put too much water in the bath
2. Enjoy Slime Baff sitting down. Slime is slippery!
3. Don't eat Slime Baff. It's not nice and just like regular soap, if you get Slime Baff in your eyes it could sting, so make sure to rinse it out with plenty of clear water
4. Don't forget to wash the slime out of your hair
