The Nominate Your Kid's Hero competition is run by Toybox Tales (ABN: 88 649 257 367), located at 434 Hampton Street, Hampton VIC 3188. The competition opens 12 July 2026 and closes 8 August 2026 at 11:59pm AEST. One winner will be selected at random each week for four weeks. The final winner will be announced Sunday 9 August 2026. There is no limit on the number of nominations submitted per person. You may nominate as many children as you like. The nominated child must be 12 years of age or under at the time of nomination. Nominations must be submitted via the official nomination form on toyboxtales.com.au to be valid. The winner will receive one $100 Toybox Tales gift voucher. The gift voucher is redeemable in store at 434 Hampton Street, Hampton VIC 3188 or online at toyboxtales.com.au. The gift voucher is not redeemable for cash and has no cash value. The gift voucher is not transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of nomination. Toybox Tales takes no responsibility for nominations submitted with incorrect contact details. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, Toybox Tales reserves the right to select an alternative winner. By submitting a nomination, you confirm you have the consent of the child's parent or guardian to share their story with Toybox Tales. By selecting "yes" to social sharing on the nomination form, you give Toybox Tales permission to share the nominated child's story on our social media channels and marketing communications. First names only will be used. No identifying images will be shared without explicit written consent. Toybox Tales reserves the right to disqualify any nomination deemed inappropriate, offensive or fraudulent. Toybox Tales reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition at any time without notice.
