Sale - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to Toybox Tales Sales and promotional offer (“Offer”). This covers Sale periods such as Stocktake Sales, Boxing Day Sales, Black Friday, Stocktake Sales etc. By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by the following Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Promotional Period

The Connetix Easter Sale Offer is valid from 30 March 2026 at 7pm to 7 April 2026 at 6pm (AEDST).
No extensions or exceptions will be provided. All times and dates are based on AEDST.

2. Eligibility

• This Offer is available on new orders only placed during the Promotional Period.
• Orders submitted before or after the Promotional Period do not qualify for the discount.
• The Offer is available to retail customers only and is not applicable to wholesale, corporate, or bulk/volume orders unless expressly stated otherwise.
  

3. Discount Details

• Customers may receive up to 10% off eligible full-priced products.
• Excluded Products:
  The discount does not apply to:
  - Products already marked down or on sale
  - Drop-shipped products
  - Items restricted from discount by the supplier or manufacturer
• Subscription Boxes and Gift Wrap are also excluded.
• Discount amounts may vary across product categories at Toybox Tales’ discretion.

4. Limitations & Conditions

• The Offer is strictly while stocks last.
  No holds, lay-bys, or stock reservations are permitted during the promotional period.
• The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount code, coupon, or program, including (but not limited to) the Welcome Offer or loyalty rewards unless explicitly stated.
• The discount is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, credit, or gift vouchers.
• The Offer must not be transferred, gifted, or sold.
  

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Once an order is submitted, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed and may not be possible during peak promotional periods.
• If an order is cancelled by the customer or rejected due to breach of these Terms, Toybox Tales is not required to reinstate the promotional discount or replicate the offer.
  

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are subject to our standard Returns Policy.
• If a product purchased under this Offer is returned for a refund, the refund will reflect the discounted purchase price, not the original full price.
• If an exchange is requested and no eligible stock remains, a refund may be provided subject to our Returns Policy.
  

7. Errors, Availability & Product Information

• All products are offered in good faith, but availability may change without notice.
• Pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or technical faults may occur. In such cases, Toybox Tales reserves the right to:
  - Cancel affected orders
  - Correct pricing before dispatch
  - Offer alternatives where appropriate
• Toybox Tales is not responsible for delays caused by high order volume, delivery partners, or unforeseen supply chain issues.
  

8. Fair Use & Abuse

Toybox Tales reserves the right to refuse participation or cancel orders where the Offer is misused, manipulated, or applied contrary to these Terms. This includes suspicious activity, automated purchasing, or bulk buying for resale.

9. Amendments & Termination

Toybox Tales may revise these Terms or modify/cancel the Offer at any time if required due to system errors, regulatory requirements, fraud prevention, or circumstances beyond our control.
