1. Where We Ship
We proudly deliver to every corner of Australia – from capital cities to rural townships and remote communities.
At this time, international shipping is not available.

2. Shipping Rates
We aim to keep shipping simple and fair:

• Standard Shipping (orders under $200): $11.95
• Standard Shipping (orders $200+): FREE
• Express Shipping (small to medium packages): $19.95
• Express Shipping (large or bulky items): $39.95

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order value and item type.

3. Delivery Partners
We use a trusted mix of Australia Post and reliable courier services to get your order to you safely and efficiently.
Tracking details will be provided as soon as your order has been dispatched.

4. Bulky or Remote Deliveries
In rare cases, large or heavy orders going to remote locations may become uneconomical to ship at standard rates.

If this happens:

• We’ll contact you promptly with a revised shipping quote.
• Any additional postage costs will be charged at actual cost only, with your prior approval.
• No additional fees will ever be charged without your consent.

5. Shipping Timeframes
We dispatch orders as quickly as possible and aim to get your toys on their way within 1–2 business days.
However, please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.

Toybox Tales is not liable for delivery delays once your order is with Australia Post or our courier partners, but we’re always here to help if something goes wrong.

Toybox Tales Returns & Refunds Policy

Hassle-free returns with a little care and clarity

1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unused and unworn
• With all original tags and packaging intact

It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure items are securely packaged for safe return.

2. Return Shipping & Fees

• Return postage is at the sender’s expense (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
• Some returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 10%, especially for bulk or special orders.

3. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email hello@toyboxtales.com.au or call (03) 9521 6998 before sending any items back.
Returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We care deeply about product quality and your experience.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is:

• Faulty or defective
• Damaged in transit
• Not what you ordered

Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. Where applicable, we may request photos to assist with assessment.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

• If approved, refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
• Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

6. Exchanges
Need a different item or size?
Simply return the original item as per the above steps, and once accepted, place a new order to avoid delays or stock shortages.

7. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, safety, and customisation reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)
• Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
• Custom or personalised orders
• Gift cards
• Items marked as sale or clearance

8. Data & Privacy Assurance
Any personal information you provide during the return process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and used solely for processing your return or exchange.

Price is for ONE Booster Pack of 12 cards.  Images are examples of the cards you can get in the series, they are not the guaranteed cards in this pack.  All Booster Packs are blind, randomized packs.

Bringing together Disney’s century of storytelling experience and Ravensburger’s 140 years of games excellence, The Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game (TCG) is the world’s most welcoming trading card game (TCG) and the ultimate Disney collectible.
Here, players become “Illumineers” and wield magical inks to summon a team of Disney characters known as glimmers, who appear in both familiar and fantastical ways. Players explore the realm of Lorcana alongside their teams of glimmers as they race to be the first to collect 20 “lore.” In each game, players will play characters, items, locations, and actions – including songs – from their hands and choose whether to have their  characters “quest” for lore or challenge opponents to slow them down.

In Ursula’s Return, the devious and power-hungry glimmer of Disney’s sea witch Ursula — who escaped from the Illuminary in the second set, Rise of the Floodborn – is ready to put her plans into motion and take over Lorcana.
Only the players and their trusted glimmers stand in her way! Ursula’s Return will introduce additional franchises, beloved characters, and new gameplay evolutions and reveal more of the story of Lorcana and the Illumineers summoned there.

Booster packs give players the ability to customize their decks and discover their own
gameplay strategies. Discover new glimmers, locations, items and powers in these booster packs.
A pack of 12 randomized cards contains:
• (1) Foil card of random rarity
• (2) Rare (or higher rarity) cards
• (3) Uncommon cards
• (6) Common cards
Each player needs a 60-card deck of Disney Lorcana TCG cards to play.
