If you are purchasing online, we can take VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Shop Pay or our Toybox Tales Gift Cards. We also now accept Afterpay.

In store, we currently accept cash, VISA, Mastercard, EFTPOS, AMEX and our Toybox Tales Gift Cards. We can now also accept Afterpay online and in store.

Any order placed Monday to Friday will be despatch within 24hrs (with the exception of public holidays). 

If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday your order will be shipped on the next business day.

Orders over $200 are shipped to you free of charge*.

For orders under $200, standard shipping is $9.95* and express shipping is $19.95*.

*Large or bulky items may be calculated at checkout. You can be confident that what you pay at checkout is the final price. No additional freight charges will apply,

We do offer click and collect free of charge and this is available through our website.  Please choose ‘Click and Collect’ at the checkout and you will receive a notification once your order is ready to pick up.

Some express checkouts (Apply/Google/Paypal express checkout) don't use the website checkout process so don't give the Click and Collect option. Please us the standard checkout process for this option. You will still be given the option to pay with Paypal/Apple Pay/Google Pay at the checkout.

Gift cards are available for purchase through our website. These can be redeemed online or in store and are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.  Our gift cards are available in $10, $25, $50 and $100 amounts. 
Please note these cannot be redeemed for cash.

If you are purchasing a gift for someone, please let us know in the ‘cart’ page.  There is a section for order notes here so please pop in that it’s a gift.  We will ensure there is no pricing on your item and no pricing on the receipt. 

If you would like your gift to be wrapped please select this at checkout as well. Gift wrapping is free of charge and includes a small gift card - Please include your card note in the gift notes section.
